Ladakh is situated in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and is the largest town of Ladakh. The word Ladakh stands for ‘Land of High Passes’. This is one of the top tourist attractions in India. 3.    Magnetic Hill – Defy Gravity
Magnetic hill is considered to be one of the best places to visit in Leh Ladakh. There is a science behind this phenomena which is unknown but it has been observed that if you leave your vehicle at the base of the hill with the brakes unlocked, it will start moving uphill slowly on its own.

4.    Hemis Monastery
Hemis Monastery is one of the most famous Buddhist monasteries in India which is also popular for its annual mask festival. It’s a two day spiritual celebration which takes place on Tse Chu, the tenth month in Tibetan calendar. The festival is celebrated in the memory of Guru Padmasambhava, who is believed to be the Gautam Buddha’s reincarnation.

5.    Spituk Gompa – Monastery at The Hill Top
Monks and Monasteries are synonymous to Ladakh. It is one of the many tourist places to visit in Leh Ladakh. It’s famous for its beautifully carved location at the top of a hill.
